CANCELLATION POLICIES

  • During Summer Season, Memorial to Labor Day, New Year's Eve Holiday, Presidents Day Weekend and Ice Festival Weekend, cancellation must be made from 3-30 days prior to the arrival date. If not, a cancellation fee equal to the entire reservation will be charged.
  • During midseason, cancellation must be made 3-15 days  prior
    to the reservation date.  If not, a cancellation fee of at least one night's
    lodging will be  charged.
  • During Winter Season, cancellation must be made 72 hours prior to the reservation date. If not, a cancellation fee of the first night's lodging will be charged. 
  • Holidays, Special Events, kithchens and multiple reservation may have up to
    8 week cancellation policies. Please inquire or we will send with confirmation. Please inquire.
  • Kitchen Suites and multiple reservations have varying cancellation policies. 
    Please inquire.

We would love to just take phone reservations with no deposit or credit cards but we are a very small place and trying to find buyers on the highway at the last minute is very hard and we have a very short visitor season. Please help keep our rates down by working with us and the credit card companies in avoiding any misunderstandings. Please especially help us with Kitchen Rooms and Multiple Room reservations.

RESERVATION INFORMATION

  • A credit card is required when making a reservation. We accept VISA/MC and Discover.
  • During the Summer and Mid-Seasons, Weekends, Holidays and Festivals, guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved upon arrival.

SMOKING POLICIES

  1. All of our rooms are non-smoking.
  2. You may smoke outside of your room. Please ask us for an ashtray and keep the outside door and window to your room.
  3. Frequently guests choose to smoke inside their rooms, bathrooms or cabins thinking no one will notice. This is a small property and you will be caught.
  4. If we catch you smoking in our rooms or cabins: 1. You will be charged a minimum of $120.00 dollars to steam clean and ionize the room. 2. You will be charged an additional nights lodging at the current rate you are paying. 3. You will be asked to leave.
  5. Please respect the allergies/sensitivities of others.
