PET POLICIES

1. A $50.00 dollar deposit will be charged to your credit card when you check in. This pet deposit is refundable after we inspect your room when you check out.
2. We allow pets in our cabins and downstairs rooms only.
3. Do not leave your pet unattended in the room or cabin at any time. Do not tie your pet up outside of your room or cabin and leave them unattended.
4. Keep your pet off of our beds, linens and furniture. If we find pet hair on our blankets and comforters your $50.00 dollar deposit will not be refunded.
5. Please walk your pet on the trail along the river. Please clean up after your pet. We have pet-pickup bags available for you in the lobby.
6. Keep your pet on a leash at all times while on the property.
7. If your pet has an accident in the room please inform us immediately. We will clean up the stain. If you choose not to report accidents you will be charged $80.00 dollars for steam cleaning the carpet. You will also be charged an additional nights lodging.
8. Barking dogs and dogs running loose on the property are not tolerated. We will give you one warning and then ask you to leave. We will not refund your nights lodging.
9. Many lodging facilities no longer take pets. Please help us keep our property Pet-friendly by respecting our policies.
