PET POLICIES

1. First time guests may be asked to pay a $5 fee per pet/night.
2. Pets are welcome in our ground floor rooms and most cabins - if you sneak your pet into a second floor room you will be charged a $120 deep cleaning fee and asked to leave. Pets do not like walking on the ice grating and these rooms are reserved for other guests that may have allergies.
3. Leashes are required at all times while your pet is on the property. You alone are responsible for your pet.
4. Do not leave your pet unattended inside or outside at any time. Pets can behave badly when left confined in an unfamiliar place and they may disrupt other guests. 
5. Keep pets off the bed, linens and furniture.  If we find pet hair on the these, you will be charged an automatic $25.00 laundry fee.
6. Please clean up after your pet.  We have pet-pickup bags available on two corners of the Inn as well as the front office.  If you do not pick up after your pet you will be asked to leave and be charged a $25.00 clean-up fee.
7. If your pet has an accident in the room please inform us immediately.  We will clean it up before the carpet stains.  If you choose not to report accidents you will be charged $120.00 for deep cleaning the room.  You will also be charged an additional nights lodging to allow the carpet to dry.
8. Barking dogs and dogs running loose on the property are not tolerated.  We will give you one warning.  A repeated offense will result with a request of you leaving the property.  We will not refund your nights lodging.
9. Many lodging facilities no longer accept pets because of irresponsible owners.  Please help us keep our property Pet-Friendly with respectful and responsible behavior.
